I am qualified in both massage (including sports and remedial), aromatherapy and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. During the first consultation client priorities are established and a suitable treatment plan discussed. I have a specific interest in treating both acute and chronic pain conditions and will adapt the treatment to suit the client. I am currently undertaking research into how UK acupuncturists treat endometriosis-related pelvic pain for an MSc in acupuncture.

I am a pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher. I am also a trained doula with Paramana Doulas by Dr. Michel Odent & Liliana Lammers who are pioneers of the doula movement and homebirth in the UK. I trained with Peter Walker to offer Baby Massage classes. After completing the maternity Shiatsu training with Suzanne Yates, I frequently incorporate elements of Shiatsu in all the classes I teach. I run monthly Partner Pregnancy yoga sessions that incorporate Hypno Yoga and Shiatsu to support pregnancy and birth. I work primarily from my home studio in Tufnell Park, Islington in North London.

I have been a holistic and beauty therapist for nearly 15 years. And I love it still! I started by completing my holistic diploma, then moved on to my beauty NVQ, collecting other treatments and skills along the way. Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand was particularly amazing and I am also a specialist in pregnancy massage, training first within the spa where I worked and then on to complete the prestigious Well Mother qualification with Suzanne. I have been fortunate to work in some exceptional spas including Space NK, The Dorchester and Groom based in Selfridges, London.
I have had 2 babies over the last 5 years and having them has certainly enriched my soul and my understanding of the human body, how it works and just how strong it can be, even in stages of healing or ill health. I now work from a treatment room within my home and I see a variety of clients who visit me for specialist massage, pregnancy/post natal massage and essential beauty treatments. Having the freedom to work for myself and provide clients with beautiful treatments in a truly relaxing space is very important to me. My clients benefit from my time and my understanding which enables me to then make their appointment personal and bespoke.

Massage therapy is a very personal treatment to receive especially when you are pregnant. My approach to pregnancy massage is to help guide you into deep relaxation, this invites you to go inwards and connect with your body and most importantly your baby. I believe a massage throughout pregnancy should be an experience into self and leave you feeling reconnected, nurtured and supported physically and emotionally. I use skilled techniques to sensitively release tension, aches and pains, I also provide appropriate aftercare advice where needed.
I have had amazing feedback from my clients in my case studies and I am passionate about providing pregnancy massage going forward.

Your pregnancy journey is a precious time. You may feel connected, flowing and full of life. You can also feel overwhelmed, in pain, aching, sleep deprived, and anxious. The emotional rollercoaster could and can, bring all of these in one day!
Booking a pregnancy massage or series of massages can really support you to feel connected to your own needs, giving you time to nurture your body, mind and baby, especially when there are many other demands in life.
Working either on massage table, exercise ball or futon mattress, I can support you and your baby in a relaxing, nurturing and personalised massage, that attends to the needs of your body on the day. I include visualisation and light movement work in the sessions to allow you to really connect in with your body and baby and to allow the demands of the outside world to melt away for session time.
My approach to your massage session will be authentic, open and supportive. I can work with you at any stage of pregnancy and during postnatal times. I have a very welcoming therapy room in Malvern, or I can also provide massage in your home, too. I can also work with you and with your partner or birth partner, to provide antenatal support in your home.
I very much look forward to hearing from you, if you would like to connect.
