This directory is active but not all of the maternity practitioners are listed as they have not all created new entries on this site. So, please, if you don’t find someone in your area, email us to check. Many practitioners now offer online sessions, so even if you cannot find someone local, you can still probably work with someone trained with Wellmother, including myself, Suzanne Yates.
The members of this maternity practitioner register are professionals who have attended the relevant Wellmother courses, been assessed for their practical abilities, completed the subsequent coursework to the required standard, and have chosen to be included here. Shiatsu practitioners complete a foundation course and 3 x 4 day modules, Massage therapists 4 day Pregnancy massage course (with options for postnatal and labour modules) and Midwives and doulas a 6 day course.
Please note that listings have to be approved by the site, so only create a listing if you have had your work validated by Wellmother and received the relevant diplomas/certificates. To create a listing you need to have first set up an account on the site.

Long Business Description Justine received Shiatsu at her first birth back in 1997 and was blown away at how effective it was. She was on a mission for every women to receive Shiatsu in their pregnancy and labour. She first met Suzanne in 2002 and started to do the Well Mother training while continuing to support women through Shiatsu.
In 2007 Justine taught her first module with Suzanne in Brighton and continued to teach 'Shiatsu for Midwives & Doulas' both in a hospital and retreat setting.
